Gentle hand control and clear decisions

Choose one complete 30-minute cooperative practice. These four plans are alternatives, not one long session. Extract the whole ZIP before opening a coach card. Each folder includes three diagrams, a timeline and practice data.

Check the selected plan

The two hand-control examples are closed exercises with named hand-use roles, not demonstrations of match handling permissions. Deliveries are gentle, with no shots, diving or ball contests. The boundary example separates the whole-ball judgement from its local ground-pass restart rule. Check the competition rules before applying restarts in matches.

Check the full written footprint, buffers and supervision. Stop for unsuitable conditions or discomfort; walk through roles with the ball still if a live exercise cannot be run safely.
